Learn the best way to redeem access codes received from mediators or partners on your iPhone or iPad.
If you are working with a mediator, family lawyer, or one of our partner organizations, you might have received a unique promotional or access code. This code can grant you discounted or fully sponsored access to Cofamly Plus.
1. Create an account first: Download the Cofamly app from the App Store and create a new account (or log in if you already have one).
2. Open the App Store: Close the Cofamly app for a moment and open the App Store app on your iPhone or iPad.
3. Go to your profile: Tap your Profile icon (your photo or initials) at the top right of the screen.
4. Redeem the code: Tap on Redeem Gift Card or Code, and then select Enter Code Manually at the bottom.
5. Confirm: Enter your unique code exactly as provided and tap Redeem.
Once the code is successfully applied in the App Store, open the Cofamly app again. Your account should automatically update to Premium status. If you do not see the premium features immediately, go to your Cofamly Settings and tap Restore Purchases. This will force the app to check for your newly redeemed code.
If your code is not working in the App Store, check that it is typed correctly without extra spaces. If the issue persists, the code may have expired. Contact your mediator or our support team for further assistance.
