Connection Issues or App Not Loading

Troubleshooting steps for when the app is stuck on loading or fails to connect.

Why is this happening?

If the app is stuck on the loading screen or fails to connect, it is usually due to one of two reasons: either the server is currently down, or there is an issue with your internet connection.

Server Status

If the server is down, the application cannot connect to our API. These outages are typically temporary and are often resolved within a few hours. We recommend checking our social media channels for any official updates regarding maintenance or outages.

Check Your Connection

Please ensure you have a stable internet connection. If your connection is poor, the app may struggle to load data.
